The Elbesee C36 Roller Floor Frame is a premium accessory for tapestry, embroidery, cross-stitch, and counted-thread projects. Crafted from polished solid beech wood in the UK, this 36″ (91 cm) floor-standing roller frame is designed to provide excellent stability and even tension across your canvas, allowing you to focus on precise and comfortable stitching.
The frame features two horizontal rollers with attached webbing onto which the needlework fabric is sewn, a full 360° swivel top, and five tape arm positions ranging from 8 cm to 41 cm to accommodate different canvas sizes. The top frame can be used as a hand frame or attached to the legs in six positions, giving height flexibility for maximum comfort. Posilock non-slip joints ensure the frame stays securely in place, while two foot positions provide extra stability.
To use, locate the centre of your fabric and match it with the webbing on the rollers, then secure with hem stitching. Roll the fabric to achieve the desired tautness, tighten the wing nuts, and begin stitching from the centre. The frame allows easy adjustments as you progress—simply loosen the wing nuts, scroll the rollers to reveal more working area, and re-tighten while maintaining optimal tension.
